John graduated from Macquarie University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science degree and later with a Master of Chiropractic in 1998. He has gained further qualifications in Sports Chiropractic and attained an International Chiropractic Sports Science Diploma from F.I.C.S Education Division.

After graduating John spent a year away in the UK gaining experience as a locum to practices across England as well as holding a position as team chiropractor to the first division English Soccer team Grimsby Town F.C.

On returning from abroad John set up his practice in Leichhardt Sydney which has continued to grow from its conception in 2000.

His view of health and wellness has brought together a team of practitioners and services that serve to make wellness and health achievable and sustainable for everyone.

John has been committed to educating school children about good spinal care and hygiene by visiting local schools each year. This preventative approach to spinal care will help many growing children learn more about their spine and health leading to a stronger community for years to come.

John is also involved in the Chiropractors Association of Australia’s Sports Council as NSW representative co-ordinating teams of chiropractors who take part in Medical Teams at large sporting events. His services are also used by the children’s entertainment group ‘The Wiggles’ and other people with high public profiles.

Suzana Petrozzi

Suzana Petrozzi is a clinical and coaching psychologist with over ten years of experience working with adults, adolescents and their families. She has always been passionate about helping people discover their unique potential, believe in themselves and ultimately live a life they never imagined possible.

Her highest intention is to help people move past blocked or unresolved emotions which are keeping people stuck, confused, angry or anxious. Learning and understanding more about emotions can be an empowering experience. Allowing yourself to feel emotions rather than judge or justify is paramount. Once we learn to allow and accept emotions then the real transformation begins. It is through this that you start to experience the real you and live a more fulfilling and purposeful life.

Liesbeth Geerligs
Liesbeth Geerligs M Clin Psych, Hons (Psych)
Liesbeth Geerligs holds a first class Honours degree in Psychology from the University of Sydney and a Master of Clinical Psychology from Macquarie University. She believes in a collaborative approach to therapy and has a passion for helping her clients to live a full and valued life. She has worked with adults, children, adolescents and their families, individually and in groups, in both public and private health services, including: The Sydney Clinic (Bronte), UTS Student Counselling Service (Ultimo) and the Emotional Health Clinic (Macquarie University).

Liesbeth has specialist training and experience providing clinical assessment and treatment for depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, self-esteem issues, relationship challenges and ADHD, as well as life adjustment difficulties and career challenges. Working with each client as an individual, she seeks to combine evidence-based therapeutic techniques within a tailored treatment program that best meets the goals of each person. Liesbeth has a particular interest and expertise working with adolescents and young adults and is experienced in addressing the broad range of issues commonly faced by young people.

In her approach, Liesbeth draws on Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Narrative Therapy. Her warm and accepting approach creates a safe space where clients are able to explore and embrace all aspects of themselves, and develop deeper and more meaningful relationships with the important people in their lives.

Liesbeth also has a passion for exploring the mind-body connection, and works extensively with people adjusting to chronic illness or new diagnoses, as well as the accompanying lifestyle/dietary changes that may be needed. Her specialities within the field of Health Psychology include working with PCOS, diabetes, insulin resistance, IBS and psycho-oncology.

Stuart Ainis
Stuart AinisSenior Remedial Massage Therapist
Stuart Ainis has more than 16 years experience in massage therapy acupressure massage. He has worked with some of Australia’s leading sports teams including Balmain Tigers, Manly Sea Eagles, Sydney Flames, Victorian Softball, Eastern Suburbs and South Sydney Rugby teams as well as the Sydney Stingrays Floorball team, Wigan Rugby League, Australian Floorball team,

Monty Panesar International Cricket Player, the Wiggles and provided massage services at the 2000 Sydney Paralympics. He studied at the Australian College of Traditional Therapies and holds a Diploma in Remedial Massage, Diploma in Advanced Meridian Massage; and is a Certified Trainer in Infant Massage.Stuart is involved in a number of sporting groups and is a qualified swim and fitness instructor from infants through to adults.

He has a caring attitude and skilful technique of massage. Stuart will make a great addition to your personal health maintenance team.

Maria Reboredo

Maria is a clinical psychologist registrar and a life coach with a passion for helping people show up as their best selves at all stages of life. Abraham Tedjakusuma
Abraham TedjakusumaOccupational Therapist
Abe is a fun and passionate Occupational Therapist who graduated from the University of Sydney. He is a strong advocate of a multidisciplinary therapy team approach, having completed his Bachelor in Exercise and Health Science prior to obtaining his Masters in Occupational Therapy. Abe’s focus is on helping to improve the quality of life of both children and adults, through a client-centred approach to therapy. He has a strong interest in the neurodevelopmental challenges faced by children and their families, as well as musculoskeletal conditions effecting people’s day-to-day life. Abe aims to provide movement and brain based therapy that is not only fun and engaging, but helps children and adults to reach their full potential.

Carlo Rinaudo
Carlo RinaudoChiropractor
Carlo Rinaudo is a chiropractor and currently undertaking a PhD in Vestibular (balance) therapy at University of New South Wales and Neuroscience Research Australia (www.NeuRA.edu.au), working alongside leading researchers and Neurologist in the field.

Carlo has trained in Australia and overseas with Prof Ted Carrick and at the Cerebrum Health Centers (www.cerebrum.com), this has led him to become a practitioner with expertise in helping people post-concussion, whiplash, mild and acquired brain injuries, balance and vertigo disorders like BPPV, vestibular migraines and Mal De Debarquement syndrome.

Carlo is a sought-after lecturer and speaker at national and local events on these topics, as well as a previous sessional lecturer and tutor with Macquarie University. Carlo graduated from Sydney University with Honours in Medical Science prior to undertaking Masters of Chiropractic at Macquarie University.
